Description
33 Pearl Street is a conceptual luxury apartment building in DUMBO. To complete this project I conducted research, used generative AI, and came up with a comprehensive brand identity and website. I began by researching areas in Brooklyn and DUMBO was mostly described as a young, fun tech hub. That description informed my design, leading me to ideate based on adjectives like "young", "modern", "luxurious", and "fun". I used Midjourney AI to generate images of the building (**COMING SOON**). I also used my knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and copywriting to create a visually appealing website that appeals to a luxury audience (**COMING SOON**).
